As a Hong Kong-based fashion e-retailer, PACT SUPPLY LIMITED is committed to providing fast, reliable, and transparent shipping services for both local and international customers. Below is a detailed breakdown of our shipping policies and procedures.​

  1. Shipping Coverage

We offer shipping to all addresses within Hong Kong (including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, and outlying islands like Lantau and Cheung Chau) and over 60 international destinations, including major countries in Asia, Europe, North America, and Australia.​

  1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 PM HKT will be processed the next business day. We will send a confirmation email once your order is shipped.​

  1. Local Hong Kong Delivery Options
  • Standard Delivery: Free for orders over HK​500;HK30 for orders under HK$500. Delivery takes 1-2 business days.​
  • Express Delivery: HK$80 per order (available for urgent requests). Delivery is within the same business day if ordered before 12:00 PM HKT.​
  1. International Shipping Options
  • Standard International Shipping: Delivery takes 3-7 business days, with rates starting from HK$120 (varies by destination and order weight).​
  • Express International Shipping: Delivery takes 1-3 business days, with rates starting from HK$250 (available for select countries).​
  1. Free Shipping Eligibility
  • Local Hong Kong orders: Free standard delivery on purchases over HK$500.​
  • International orders: Free standard shipping on purchases over HK$1,500. No hidden fees—shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout.
  1. Shipping Address Requirements

For local orders, please provide a complete address with a contact phone number (required for courier communication). For international orders, include your full name, detailed address, postal code, and valid phone number to avoid delivery delays.​

  1. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a unique tracking number and a link to our shipping partner’s website (e.g., SF Express, DHL). You can also track your order via your PACT SUPPLY account under “Order History.”​

  1. Delivery to Hong Kong Outlying Islands

Delivery to outlying islands (e.g., Cheung Chau, Peng Chau) may take an extra 1 business day compared to standard local delivery. Express delivery is not available for outlying islands.​

  1. International Customs & Duties

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and will be collected by the local customs office upon delivery.​

  1. Failed Delivery Attempts
  • Local orders: Couriers will attempt delivery twice. If both attempts fail, the package will be held at the courier’s local warehouse for 3 business days. After that, it will be returned to us, and a HK$50 reprocessing fee will apply for reshipping.​
  • International orders: Failed deliveries may result in the package being returned to us; customers will be responsible for return shipping fees and reshipping costs.​
  1. Shipping Delays

While we strive for on-time delivery, delays may occur due to extreme weather (e.g., typhoons in Hong Kong), customs inspections (international orders), or public holidays. We will notify you promptly if your order is delayed and provide updates.​

  1. Address Changes

To change your delivery address, contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order is shipped, address changes are no longer possible.

  1. Delivery to PO Boxes

We do not ship to PO boxes for both local and international orders, as couriers require a physical address for signature confirmation (to ensure order safety).​

  1. Gift Shipping

If you are sending an order as a gift, select the “Gift Shipping” option at checkout. We can include a personalized note (free of charge) and omit the price receipt from the package.​
